    Computer is full of viruses and needs clean install

    it wont even boot up

    How do I do this and get rid of imbedded security chip TCG

    its a friends computer I have tcg password just trying to help him out

    With all this security and Symantec how did I get antivirus 2009?

    I could get them from owner if he can find them

    I am a computer tech and have my own ibm xp disk I was going to use

    If I format will it still keep same security password

    When I disable tcg in bios it still come up during boot
    Do I have to uninstall the Client Security Solution software to get rid of this

    just do a low lvl zero fill on the drive. whipe it clean and reinstall windows.

    I managed to fix so it loads windows again

    Can I dissable Client Security Solution I dont want to uninstall as owner might want to use it again

    is that the reason (Client Security Solution ) I cant uninstall Norton internet security I suspect it the cause of most of the problems
