I bought a refurbished T530 recently, and feel that it might have a problem and consulted experts here.

I am afraid that I might spend a lot of time without no success and contacted Lenovo tech support.
They sent me a box Tuesday and I sent it to them on the same day. Today I got it back. It took only 4 days.
Here is what they wrote as service work:
LED Cable: hibernation/sleep problem
KBD Use: Broken plastics/wear and tear
Can someone tell me whether Lenovo's service is relevant to the issue I had? The issue I had happened only rarely.
Cheers!

Did they fix any problem? Are you happier with the T530 after the service?

I am happy with their service. As stated before, the issue did not always happen in the past. Because the computer has only been in my hands for a few hours, I am not sure whether the problem got fixed, which is why I am curious about it and asked here. They indeed did service to the computer, according to the paper with the box.
Thanks. -
I can deduce that they did replace that cable to fix the sleep/wake problem. But did they replace they keyboard as well?
How can people here "virtually" determine that any problems got fixed at all?
Maybe you can determine that over the next few days.

Thanks for pointing this out.
No. The service description does not indicate this.
I will report back after a few days.
As always, thank you!
