So this is the laptop I'm looking to get.
Lenovo ThinkPad X120e Review
I plan on dual booting arch linux and Windows 7. i'm wondering if the graphics will play nicely under linux. Anyone try this yet?

I haven't tried it with that particular machine, but the radeon graphics work fine here with both the open source drivers and the fglrx drivers.

Last I remembered I couldn't get the catalyst utility on arch to change the resolution. Perhaps I was missing something?

There's quite a bit of info over on the ubuntu forums: [all variants] ThinkPad X120e/AMD fusion? - Ubuntu Forums
As for the graphics, I had no problem installing the ATI drivers in Ubuntu, but the installer does support Ubuntu directly.
I assume that the ATI driver that's in the AUR should work also... -
Just came by this thread, so I apologize if I'm late. There's a page on Arch's wiki that deals with this laptop: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/IBM_ThinkPad_X120e
