Linux on W520?

Hi,

I am thinking of buying a W520. I was just wondering if anyone has been running some flavor of Linux on a W520. I would like to have Linux as the OS, may be with windows under it through a vmware-like solution. Any advice is most appreciated.

Its for X220 but most stuff are the same in X220/T420/W520.

Basically everything works, especially with ubuntu/fedora.

 

i've been running fedora 15 on it since F15 beta. my specs are below. i have intel wireless and use discrete graphics with the nvidia drivers. i don't use windows, but the system is dual-boot (both sharing the same drive), in case i ever want to.
