    Im looking for a program (preferably free/ open source) that will show me everything about the hardware, everything from the CPU fan's RPM to each cores temp, to RAM temp, anyone know of anything?

    Heh. I assume the flame symbols are a bad thing, anyone know what these readings are from? temp1 and temp2 etc, i believe ambient is actually the GPU.

    Ah it seems as this is how it goes
    HD0 - Hard Drive (Duh)
    Temp 1&2 - ACPI
    Core 0&1 - Processor Cores
    Core - Nvidia processor core
    Ambient - Nvidia Something

    Now i should play Supreme Commander for 3 hours and watch them all spike

    They probably are, but I'm not too sure regarding the symbols or the program itself. It was just recommended to me for some while ago. I never tried it myself...

    Ok ever since my last post ive been playing Supreme Commander and the results are a little scary. Is the Nvidia Core supposed to be able to get that hot?
