Im looking for a program (preferably free/ open source) that will show me everything about the hardware, everything from the CPU fan's RPM to each cores temp, to RAM temp, anyone know of anything?
-
You could try SpeedFan... http://www.almico.com/sfscreenshots.php

Heh. I assume the flame symbols are a bad thing, anyone know what these readings are from? temp1 and temp2 etc, i believe ambient is actually the GPU.
-
Ah it seems as this is how it goes
HD0 - Hard Drive (Duh)
Temp 1&2 - ACPI
Core 0&1 - Processor Cores
Core - Nvidia processor core
Ambient - Nvidia Something
Now i should play Supreme Commander for 3 hours and watch them all spike -
They probably are, but I'm not too sure regarding the symbols or the program itself. It was just recommended to me for some while ago. I never tried it myself...

Ok ever since my last post ive been playing Supreme Commander and the results are a little scary. Is the Nvidia Core supposed to be able to get that hot?
