    Hi all,

I just picked up two R500s for a killer deal. I'm thinking of keeping one for the SO and replacing her T61, but I'd want to add a webcam to it, and have not found one (FRU 42T3108) for anywhere near a reasonable price, including Ebay, and it's a specific FRU --the R400, and T500 webcams won't work. If I have to pay $40-60 for one, I'm better off selling both the R500 systems and looking for a different ThinkPad (also an option), or just keeping the T61, which is a late model (Penryn T8300 with all the toys other than a webcam) and still functioning well.

Does anyone know where I can pick one up, or have a dead system they can pull one from?

Your probably better off posting this on TPF where you'll get more access to people with parts to sell.
