Hey all. Im hoping you can help me out. I have been working with lenovo since DECEMBER 17, 2008 to get a return/refund done. I understand its the holliday season, so I was very patient. It took about 2 weeks and EIGHT calls to get the return labels. anyhow, I got them and sent the system back. it has bow been about two weeks since they had the system and have only received a $1.00 (yes one dollar) paypal refund thus far.

it has now been over 60 days since the purchase, and unless i am mistaken, paypal only allows 60 days for a refund. anyhow. I have been in contact with two different exec. customer service people (mark_lenovo included) and up to now no one seems to have a way to get back to me or resolve the situation. I am not implying they have not tried, just that maybe its not their department or something. anyhow. I have no other recourse it seems than for them to cut a check or pursue legal options.

Maybe they just don't care, after all it's not their problem. That's how people think and act. A word of advice here, don't buy things if you don't have the money. Good luck with your issue and I hope you get that fixed. By the way the paypal claim/dispute is for 45 days only.

I would advised to contact the Credit Card company asap. To let them know of the situation. Maybe they can offer you some help.

Call the complain department at lenovo. Good luck

I had the same problem, it took more than 3 months to have the matter resolved. It was awfull.

But it did get resolve. Don't loose hope.
