    Hi, I'm looking for black (very strong) tape used in Lenovo (Thinkpads) to secure all cables etc. You know if it's available anywhere? This one exactly:

    it's essentially 10mm thin, uncoated, fabric gaffer's tape.   head to your local photo store and browse through their tape.   you might find something close.
