I'm looking to buy a new keyboard for my T400. I like the feel of the newer Chicony keyboards, and want to get one. The FRU is 42T3273, but I don't know a good place to get one. There aren't any for a reasonable price on eBay, and other online retailers want $100+ for one. Where would be a good place to buy one?

Hmm ... did you try Lenovo's online parts store?

I thought I saw a thread in here somewhere mentioning you could get theme there for $50.00.

I checked their website, and couldn't find the parts store. I might try over the phone, but I want to get a feel for the pricing first.

That confirms what I thought, and thats why they seem to be so expensive everywhere. I'll haggle with my friend who has one, and doesn't care too much with keyboard type. Thanks though!

    Quick note ... on eBay I found a few for 50-60$ ...

Something at least, although I like your haggling method better. ;)
