I had lost the hibernation in Vista Business by using Disk Cleanup, which deleted the hiberfil.sys file. I just found the fix:

This resolved the problem!

Do you use hibernation a lot? If so I recommend that you do not, bad for the system.

It's not bad for the system. The RAM contents is dumped to a file on the hard disk, and the system is powered-off...

Weird I am logged in as administrator on my computer and I get the Message " You do not have permission to enable or disable the hibernate feature" Any Ideas?

Never mind I found out what was wrong I had to turn user account control off to do it now it works THANKS!!
