Recently I have had this annoying bubble pop up saying that the Q (Lenovo recovery) drive is full. It then asks me if I would like to clean it up, but it doesn't seem like there is much I can do.

Does anyone know how I can clear up some space on this, or increase the size of the partition? Or is the backup even worth having?

It sounds as if files have been copied to that drive, either by design or by accident. If you have made a set of backup boot disks (or perhaps two sets to be sure) then you can delete the drive and extend the main drive to make use of the space.

Thank you, I will try that.
