I can't seem to find this anymore so maybe someone can help me:

There is a way to make a magnification bar on the top of the screen that magnifies whatever is in the horizontal area around the mouse cursor. Does anyone know where I can turn this feature on? Thanks

Which Operating System is this? It should be under Accessibility in your Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories.
