    Matsu****a UJ 882B DVD RAM problems

    Windows wont read my DVD RAM drive for some reason. It doesn't appear in My Computer and the status says that the drivers are installed but windows cant detect it. However, the hardware finder detects it when i remove it and put it back in.

    Also, windows wont read my virtual CD rom drives...

    can anyone help?

    Did you format the disc? Or do already have stuff on it?
