    What's the max. memory I can have on my TP X200 with Windows7 64-bit install.

    8GB probably. But I doubt you see any benefit over 4GB considering the power of the CPU on that and hence the limited applications that can truly take advantage of it.

    8GB. However, the current price of 4GB DDR3 DIMMs makes it rather impractical for most applications.
