I have been trying to search for this information, and I have not found any obvious source for it ... So hoping someone here can help me find it!

Its time for me to get some new monitors, my 17 - 19 inch 5 year old ones are just not enough for me anymore! I am looking for information regarding the MAXIMUM resolutions that can be driven by both my T510 with Nvidia graphics (non-optimus) and my X220 with integrated intel graphics when running in a dual external monitor configuration (via dock) with internal display disabled when docked.

Could they each drive 2 monitors at 1,920x1,080? Could I even get higher if I wanted to?

Also, has anyone had issues with docking / undocking a system with two external monitors plugged into the dock? Does the system remember that particular configuration when you dock it again?

    Thanks!

yes you can drive monitors at FHD resolution.

The DP can support WQXGA resolution.

I get no problem with the dock when i am on win 7.

Thanks your your reply. Does the maximum resolution change if you are driving two external monitors, or is that unknown?

The maximum resolution remains the same with two external LCD.
