A few months ago I purchases a ThinkPad W701 with the standard 4GB of memory. I remember from on the order page that I could purchase up to 16GB of RAM. Today, I visited the Lenovo website and I noticed that for my laptop the memory modules available for purchase only go up to 4GB. Since from what I understand, the laptop only has two slots, will I be able to upgrade only up to 8GB?

Thanks to anyone who can clear this up.

W701 should have 4 slots, each can support 4 gigs for up to 16 gigs. Although some have said that the slots can support 8 gigs each (so total of 32 gigs), but i haven't seen any real conclusive tests been done to prove this.
