I want to upgrade the memory on my T30. The specs note a max of 1GB (two 512k chips sets - 2 slots). I looked at Newegg.com and someone posted they placed 2GB total (1GB/slot) and it worked fine. I have not found anyone else who had made the same claim. Your thoughts are most welcomed.

If it says 1gb max memory, it's 1gb max memory.

Don't trust Newegg.com reviews. The newegg.com customer know nothing. They often write reviews before receiving or installing the item they purchased.

    1GB is plenty.
