I placed an order last week, and when i login to my account this morning, nothing there. there is no way for me to check the order status.
did they lose my order?could someone explain this? i actually placed the order through lenovo canada

This just happened to my order also...I ordered my T400 on October 28th

if you got an email with an order number, it should be fine. Just call lenovo and check the status over the phone. Thats usually better than the online order status page.

I did call and they told me that my order was canceled. The guy took my number and I am now waiting for a call back so a manager can explain why it was canceled.
