If I ordered my laptop at the end of July, is there any way I would be able to get money back, since the price now listed on the website is $100+ cheaper? Should I even try to call?

Normally they'll do it within 14 or 30 days. Definetly don't expect it at this point

I've heard that you can sometimes as they would rather comp you the difference than have you RMA it. It helps to call before your open the box though.

The price protection is only 21 days, so probably not.

You have 21 days from the day they ship it to request a price match. There's a sticky on this I think. You need to generate a quote and contact a sales rep with that info. Save the quote number. Must be an identical configuration.
