Many here know of the terrible experiences that you have had with Lenovo, it is truly heartbreaking to read. For those who don't know the story, please, read the links first.

After following your review of your T61p here at NBR and then over at the thread you posted on Thinkpads.com forums, there is something that does not matching.

    • On 9-04-07 you posted a review of your new T61p that you were utterly dissatisfied with. You told us that day that you had spoke with Lenovo and I quote:

      [*]3 DAYS LATER
at thinkpads.com you told the same story except for one little addition:
    • Also note his post on 9-13-2007 stating the same thing about the damaged LCD:

    My questions are as follow:

    1. What is the deal with telling of a 7-day wait when there is no possible way 7 days could stuffed between 9/4/07 and 9/7/07?

    2. Is any of this even real? Thinkpads.com asked you for proof before they locked the thread and you provided nothing. Do you own a T61p?

I want to know if Lenovo is actually treating their customers this way or if he is just an act. He claims that he has a lawsuit pending with Lenovo because DHL dropped his laptop, broke the LCD, and Lenovo now wants him to pay for it. I find a complete joke and it would be quite satisfying if he owned up to it all.

as for your edit, you know what they say about assuming :)

Brattt, your personal attacks at me when I reported Lenovo's horrible behavior got you on my ignore list. Your blind love of Lenovo and personal attacks has shown me your posts aren't worth reading. Asking me "A Question" isn't enough for me to remove you from the ignore list.

Lenovo is totally in the wrong here. I've done nothing but spend my hard earned money and waste my time.

If you want to love them go ahead.
    I do not.
They have $2300 of my money and I have NOTHING to show for it.
Worse, I STILL have no notebook which I'm in need of.
Now, not only do I have to do all this searching and waiting all over again with another mfgr, but I have to fight to get my $ back.

Hopefully sharing my experience will help others avoid the disaster of an experience I had with them. Read the forums and various consumer reporting sites, you'll find countless others with similar experiences. As of this point Lenovo rates at the bottom of the barrel on every reporting site.
