I have a bunch of different 2GB DDR3 204pin modules here, but none seem to be compatible with the S10-3T or S10-3 or Dell Mini 1018.

I have tried Hynix 2GB 8500 DDR3, even thou the Netbook had 1GB Hynix (?). I have tried Super Talent 1333 2GB, Samsung 2GB 10600 DDR3, some unbranded modules that were in G560 Lenovo, these have a Lenovo sticker on them. None worked.

So I want to know what memory people usually use for their S10-3, Dell Mini's, and other Atom N455, DDR3 Netbooks.

With the S10-3T, make sure you have the latest BIOS revision. I believe some memory detection issues were fixed in one of the later versions.

Perhaps it is very picky with CAS latency/timings and the speed. ASUS and Intel motherboards are very picky about DRAM voltage, timings.
