    Mouse/keyboard freeze

    Guys, I'm really scared. My computer had been fine until today.

    I hear one beep, and my mouse and keyboard no longer work. I still see my desktop. It has happened twice. Both times I had to reboot.

    This ia brand new T500.

    In the end it's just a notebook. If you're concerned call support. That's why they are there.

    Plug in an external keyboard and/or mouse. Does this work? If so, go to Lenovo's website and download and install (follow the directions to extract & install carefully) the latest UltraNav and keyboard drivers and see if that fixes the issue.
