Has anyone else had this problem? I have the LG screen and recently noticed a moving stuck/dead pixel. It is only present once in a while but it is slightly annoying.

Try pressing the ultranav button between the mouse buttons above the track pad. On the T43 there was a bug where there would be a stuck pixel and pressing the ultranav button would make the stuck pixel disappear.. I'm not sure this is still the case with the T61 but it's worth a try. I'm thinking it might be because you say the pixel is not always in the same place.
Here is a link to the problem, scroll down 3 posts and you'll see what I'm talking about:

Yeah I've had this problem too (the pixel is white), When I shut it down or reset it and it boots back on, the pixel isn't dead anymore. If your pixel is white, you can fix it, I am not sure if you can fix it when its black. Black = dead, white = constantly on.

I had this problem. It was fixed by disabling the scroll function for the trackpad in the ultranav controls wizard (I forget which function key does it, not in front of my thinkpad right now), and just to be on the safe side I also disabled the trackpoint as I don't use it from ultranav (I probably didn't need to do this but just in case) and this fixed the problem. You will find the submenus easy enough I think to disable that scroll feature for the trackpad I am talking about. It's some driver problem with ultranav or something.

If the trackpad fix doesn't work just try massaging that part of the screen with a soft cloth. Stuck pixels can often be unstuck with a bit of help. If that doesn't work try an electronic massage using the program that flashes colors on the screen. Run that overnight. If that doesn't work then count your blessings you only have one dud pixel. Most computer manufacturers won't even consider fixing a screen until there are 9+ dead/stuck pixels (Lenovo's policy is 11, I believe)
