So I got my x61s about a week and half ago and its just been causing problems.

When I got it, I discovered it has some sort of power supply issue. Basically, I first booted the comp up with the battery in it connected to a/c power. I then shut it down, but then it won't boot back up as long as the battery is in it. If i remove the battery, it will boot from the a/c adapter. If I then reinsert the battery and plug in the a/c adapter it will boot once, but if I shut it down I will have to remove the battery in order to reboot it.

At first tech support thought it was a battery issue so they sent me new one, but the problem is still occurring with the new batteru, so I'll be sending the computer off for depot repair.

To make it more complicated, I'm moving next week for school, so I got to make sure every ships to the right places.

Just felt like sharing my x61s experience....anyone else had an issue like this by any chance?
