My Lenovo Ideapad Y410P GPU heats up to 80+ degrees celsius! Is that fine?

So, I just got my Y410P laptop a few weeks ago. It looks good after all I have went through long work of research about before I bought it but it seemed like the best I could get. As the title says it, my GPU heats up pretty high when I play games. Here's a chart on what temperature of the GPU I get on my GPU Meter Gadget and what I do.

For games like COD, I would set the Graphics Display to Medium for the GPU to not overheat. For games like Watch Dogs, I would set the Graphics Display to Low. Especially Watch Dogs, it will go laggy and sounds will delay after I play it non-stop for an hour+. I don't feel so comfortable to know that my laptop heats up frequently. Is there anything I could do to prevent any harm to my laptop?

    Sorry about the small picture...

84 is fine. 90+ is the danger zone imo.

Whoo! I guess I could play my games all night long! Just gotta look out on the temperature...
