The CPP is gone and so is my account!
I have the original email from Lenovo, and I know my account name is 100% correct, and I remember the password needed numbers so I know exactly what password I used. I try to recover my account but they don't recognize the acct name and the email.....

I had several CPP carts saved there :(

Has this happened to anyone else or is it a temp glitch?

But why would that affect my regular Lenovo.com account that I've had for months?

My account is like completely gone.

My account has vanished as well. I too had the original email containing the username, and i had note of the password as well. Frustrating, as I spent 3K on a T400, upgraded warranty, and accessories through that account. I have copies of all the electronic invoices of course, but still....where did the account go?

Edit: I noticed this when I tried to log into my Lenovo account after reading your posts Kingcodez.

why do you need that account ?

I've checked mine only one time, to see when the laptop is scheduled to arrive .. and that was it.

Well I got CPP Carts saved and I don't exactly know when the next code will be available.

I wanted to see if the Black Friday cupon stacked, and how much total it saved...

I created an account on the morning of Nov. 19 and when I ordered a TP later that day, I could not log in to the account. It seems like their account database has a leak!

The new code is out. Google is your friend used the advanced settings to search within the last 24 hours.

Slightly off topic, but... can I create a quote using cpp and get a price match for that if I originally purchased without it?
