I order the T400 in cpp, and the order pdf is ddr3 memory also.
Now, I got the machine, and checked by everest 4.6.
It is reported the memory is DDR2, not DDR3.
How can I check it by other method?

Your laptop has DDR3 RAM. Since these are using fairly new chipsets some utilities report things like RAM type incorrectly.
