My x200 shows up a bluescreen when I try to boot vista..
I have attempted to recover it to factory settings several times(more than
10 times infact), but it does not matter; the same symptom happens and
a blue screen appears when I try to boot vista and it reboots itself..
I got this exactly one week ago. It doesnt appear to be a big problem.
I have an external hdd, another comp with dvd writer etc, access to cmd..
Maybe someone can give me a place where I can get an x200 backups or
where I can rescue&recovery files(r&r files could be damaged.. just an
assumption).. Is there anything that I can do?

This is the blue screen that I get:

Stop 0x0000007B is code for unavailable boot device error. Sounds like your hardware is still working, so I think it's a software problem. If you changed the SATA mode from AHCI to Compatibility recently, change it back to AHCI and see if that fixes it.

Ok.. that fixed my initial problem thanks to msb0b...
But now I have a bigger problem...
I formatted by entire drive C:SW_Load
(still leaving two drives labeled "lenovo" and "service003 or something")
I thought I did not delete R&R utilities.. (Did I delete R&R by deleting
    C:SW_Load?)
but now, when I try to turn the comp into factory-state,
the R&R utility stops in about 1/3 way and asks me to restart.
    Then it restarts and says:

    BOOTMGR is missing
    Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

and this continues.. Now I think I really screwed up my brandnew laptop
