This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    My X201's screen occassionally fades entirely dim for a moment, before fading back

    Anyone seeing this? I'm running Windows 7 64bit. It will be off batter, or on, it doesn't matter. The screen will not just go dim, as in the light output, but the contrast ratio becomes so whacked, that you can't read black text on a white background.
