    My down arrow do not work right

    My down arrow key does not work as it should.
    I have a Lenovo 3000 v200, and I use Windows Vista
    When I use my down arrow key is the whole side going down. It works like page down.
    I have tried with scroll lock and numberlock, but it still the same
    It is annoying when you write that you always end up bottom of the page when using the Down arrow key. I hope I can help me.
