    My order - "Customer not found??

    I've been checking my order status every day and it was always "in process", even earlier today, until now. Just now when I check that page it displays only:

    "Customer not found. For Assistance call 1-866-428-4465 or 1-866-42THINK."

    What the heck? :confused: :confused:

    I dunno I would probably call 1-866-428-4465 or 1-866-42THINK
    Or wait a little, could just have been a glitch in the system, could not connect to the database temporarily, etc.

    I called but they are closed now. I tried to check a past order with difference customer number and the same thing. Maybe it's maintenance. Try check yours maybe the same :rolleyes:

    it's sunday night and the databases are probably being backed up.

    check it again on monday during normal business hours.   if you still have problems retrieving your order information then call the number above.

    Don't worry it would probably show up tomorrow. As long as you have a confirmation number you are okay.
