    Congratulations, you will love it. I just got a T60 and I wish I could have a X60 too, they are very neat. Any reason you took the intel wireless?

    It was a configured package for students all that would of a cost me $450 more to customized it with a different wireless card.

    Is the Intel that bad?

    I have no complaints with my 3945 a/b/g card--In the future I might give the atheros card a go, but not right now!

    I like the Intel card in my "home' laptops just fine.

    Just don't use the Intel config utilities. They're useless bloat (IMO).
