Need to make a quick laptop purchase for a machine that can be upgraded to Vista.
I observed that the N100 with a core 2 duo, 1 meg mem and 10 b HD has a upgrade to Vista basic, while other machines, ex. the Gateway and HP, with the same basic spec have a Vista premium upgrade path.
Will Vista Premium not run on the n100 or run poorly?
Thanks

Vista Ultimate ran quite well on my R60. You may or may not get Aero depending on the graphics card.
