Hello. I am currently thinking about buying the thinkpad z60t 14-inch. I am going to college next year so I wasn't sure if the z60t was right for me because of its business appeal. That is why I was wondering if I should settle for a dell m140 instead. The dell has a better dvd burner, faster hard drive, Bluetooth, brighter screen, longer battery life, instant on multimedia, express pci, and is cheaper, but the thinkpad is just more solid, lighter, and better looking. Thank you in advanced for your replies.

The Asus W3vis a 14" widescreen notebook with built-in Bluetooth. It does have a slower hard drive than the z60 so you may want to upgrade that. The dealers aren't supposed to do so you would probably have to do it yourself. If you can live without bluetooth, the Asus Z63a is a nice fit. It is similar to the W3v, but it has a different cover, no bluetooth and an integrated video card. It will also offer much better build quality than the Dell. If you can go with out widescreen, the Fujitsu S series like the s2110 or s6240 are very good. They are well built with some of the best laptop glossy screens available. Good Luck.
