Hi, I just purchased a Lenovo R61i with the fingerprint reader and I cannot set up the password manager, in fact I can't even get to the password manager. When I try to run the client security software, it asks me to type in my windows password. After that, it says that it cannot authenticate the password! I have tried disabling the security chip, erasing the security keys, de-installing and then re-installing the software but with no luck.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Try changing your Windows password.
