    You mean the circular stickers right? It's approx 7mm for the T61 model, I hope this photo helps...

    I'm looking for the size of the square stickers. Looks like it'd be the upper corners in the T61.

    Hmmm I don't think the ones on the T61 is what you're looking for, it's like a trapezoid rubber cap rather than a flat square sticker.

    The screw covers on the top bezel of my T500 are 6 mm squares, though the bottom covers are circles as well.
