    Hello

    I made the mistake of downloading a bios update for the g530 lenovo and this new bios is bugged.

    Stupid me lost the backup file it made of the original one and cant go back.

    Tech support said they dont have the original bios.

    Anyone with a 4446-23u, can you please download latest bios, run the utility and just pick the backup option and upload it for me? You dont have to flash yours, infact I recommend NOT doing so. I just need the backup it makes.

    I hate to send this back for a exchange and wait 2 weeks over a file that I lost and lenovo claims to not have.

    The bug in the latest bios is that it takes 60 seconds of a black screen before the notebook will even START to post... Also breaks the lenovo care thing.

    This is a new notebook model so I hope someone can help me, but please make sure its 4446-23u if you can.

    Anyone? please.... :) If you have this notebook it only will take you 5 minutes and casues no risk and would save me a lot of time and anger from a child who this was for and is now waiting after having seen it :(
