    New 510S video players cannot use EVR/VMR9

    Intel 520 / AMD R7 M460
    Win10 64

    Completely updated Win10 OS, graphics drivers, BIOS....


    Some programs like Jriver Media Center and Zoom Player will not play video. All I get is audio and black video. But if I go into the settings of the players and force them to use VMR7 as video rendering, it will work. Setting them to VMR9 or EVR will result in black video.... I don't have this issue with WMP12 or VLC.


    Is this a problem with the Intel/AMD combo GPU?
