    hi,

    anyone have idea how soon usually Lenovo implemets refreshed cpus? I'am going to buy T or W 520, but not sure wait or no. I know there are no much difference in performance, but it's good to get better item for the same money.

    any one have this idea? from past experience or from insiders?

    1. how soon is to wait them from Lenovo in W/T model line?
    2. will they change price to higher? or it will be the same as now.

    Last year, Lenovo never added the new CPUs released in September. They kept the 560M, 620M, and 720QM while the 580M, 640M, and 740QM were already out. However there was very little difference between these two sets of CPUs.

    When buying something, I often do what you are doing by asking questions on forums such as this one and http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/W-Series-ThinkPad-Laptops/bd-p/W_ThinkPads , and looking for relevant threads, such as if you were interested in a W520, right now, you would look for threads with W520 in them, and see what you see. I hope that helps.
