    I can't find on New Egg ANY good branded 2gbx2= 4gb ram.

    do a search yourself, memory, lenovo, 4gb, not returns.

    only way to get 4gb of the 667Mhz FSB= Lenovo 800.00 upgrade.

    I am sure you can use any MO-DIMM 667 200-pin memory for your laptop , i bought Patriot because its a good brand after kingston and crusial and a friend of mine bought it and as it stated in Patriot web side , you really get close to 667 speed , and i had no problem fitting it inside my laptop
