Hey everyone! I just recently started studying the Thai language, and I would like to be able to start typing in Thai. Thus, I am looking into options for having a Thai and English script keyboard installed into my T60 laptop. Can anybody provide information about how can install a Thai and English script-labelled keyboard? Thanks!

Those stickers are what I used to have both english and spanish...

Also, you could have a custom layout... I used it because the english keyboard has 1 less key compared to the spanish one, so I needed to set the missing characters (< and >) to other keys. It is a microsoft app, really easy to use:

I know that in Taiwan Thinkpad keyboard's come with chinese characters on it (as well as english).

So you know what I am going to suggest :p. Try to get an order of a thinkpad with that language on it? :p

Just pulling your leg :p To be practical you could buy an external Thai keyboard and hook it up to your computer?

Another option is as what other people have said (stickers)

hey guys! thanks for the ideas and links... I totally appreciate that. I'll check those out. Stickers might be the cheapest and easiest way to solve this problem.

If the Taiwanese keyboard came with both Chinese and English characters on it, maybe I can find one with both Thai and English. Does anybody know where on the Lenovo site you can buy these (for example, as replacements)

heh heh, yeah I phoned them one time asking them about this. Unfortunately, each person I talked to transfered me to another person until I finally got back around to the original person. At that point, I gave up, hahahah.
