I will finally get it tomorrow morning
The shipping speed is really awesome,
yesterday, it was at hongkong, today it is arrived in my town and delivered, OMG

Right now, I am preparing to install vista ultimate
So, the question is which one is better for T400, 32 or 64? :)

    64 bit, reasons?

    1. 64bit CPU architect structure
    2. support more than 3GB ram
    3. No issue with any drivers / software (at least for me)

But honestly, the difference is probably less than 5% given currently most softwares are still 32bit

The main reason to go 64 is for 4GB+ RAM. Most software isn't even 64 bit aware, and won't be any faster.

A 64-bit operating system is the future.

I used Ultimate 64 for 8 months after release and it was much much more stable than Vista Home Premium 32. Not sure because of Ult. or 64 bit, but that's a fack jack. :D

The only reason to use Vista 32 is you have legacy hardware and software that you MUST use. Even then, I think you may be better just running XP as either a dual boot or virtual machine under Vista 64. The new Thinkpads are all built for 64 bit and everything on them works without issue (this was not the case on my desktop because I have lots of non standard hardware).
