    do you know if the R400 is having any issues like the T400 and the crashes b/c of the ATI? i know the R400 does not come with ATI and has a integrated card. I ask because i am not going to be playing games on my computer and am not sure which to buy

    there are (or have been in the past) two types of r400: those with intel integrated graphics only and those with switchable graphics. i've read reports from r400 users with switchable graphics that they also have the crashes. this is no surprise. technically, such r400 is almost identical to a t400.

    the intel-only type doesn't have these issues. so, you're on the safe side with regard to that.

    New BIOS v2.07 is now available.
    I have updated from 1.19,because virtaulisation didn't work.
    so far 2.07 works fine
