I ordered my new T60 with ATI Radion X1400 128MB. Now is this a chip onboard the motherboard or is it a separate card in a slot? Is the Intel GMA950 onboard or a card?

GMA would be in the north bridge. ATi is probably soldered on the board somewhere, but it could in principle be on a card, but not a mini-pci, it would be too slow.
