Thank you for posting this. I'll be watching closely.

The first link - which I saw elsewhere yesterday - had my hopes up very high, but I guess that it was just a combo of the angle that it was taken from and my bad eyesight.

Nevertheless, I'm extremely curious to find out what they'll reveal.

By workstation, do they mean W-series?

I do hope that it is a W series and that it isn't gimped quality wise compared to a classic.

Still with an off-center trackpad (due to the numeric keypad). Sigh.

And when did they change the 'lenovo' logo into a funny font? Is comic sans next?

I'm with you here. Can't stand the numeric keypads on 15" notebooks. It's really driving me to the Dells after nearly two decades of ThinkPads. I'm really looking forward to the XPS 15 with Infinity display. Hopefully Lenovo comes out with an X1 Carbon along the same lines as the XPS.

So my hunch was right on - it has the new mobile Xeon processor :D

Now I wonder when the rest of the Skylake lineup is coming.

Wow, didn't expect the 17" Thinkpads ever to return. Will definitely pick one up. Too bad the new mobile Xeons will only be quad core.

I ordered an X250 last week. If they're going to announce the X260 with a bunch of amazing improvements really soon too, I'm gonna be pissed.
