    Edit : Though it is indeed stated as a "Design Project", it may be Simon's project on his ability to produce a quality promotional video. The feature of the T70 it depicts need not be fake.

    I am also very much impressed by the X300. Finally a model from the X Series with touchpad and built-in optical drive. A good news to frequent business travellers.

    I hope the keep the 12'' standard screen form factor on the X series. The size of the current X series is just perfect in my opinion.

    Considering how much the new modules are gonna be... I don't think it's that bad. It's not like you buying an old MBP while the new MBP coming out, different stuff with same price.

    Hey, it's never a bad time to get a thinkpad. I just bought a T42p :D I don't see any new thinkpad shipped until the second quarter of this year.
