My X220 tablet w/1 stick of 4 gig RAM arrives this week. What's an exact match (preferably at Newegg) that will match the factory RAM? Looking for a single 4 gig stick. I've seen several models using Crucial's website but wanted to make sure I'm purchasing the right one. I found a Patriot on Newegg for $19, but the reviews are kinda scary.

    Thanks

Also, while I'm shopping, anyone have a good mSATA link?

I'm 99.99% sure it will work. The two boxes to tick are DDR3 and SODIMM. The supplied RAM is, most likely, 1333MHz. The module timings may differ slightly but the BIOS will figure out the fastest timings supported by both. 1600MHz RAM also works and gives some boost to the Intel graphics performance, but you would need to buy a pair.
