Its 1am CST, and all of the main laptop model pages are "forbidden" like they are going through some updates right now. I wonder what we have in store. Maybe a C2D X60 tablet? :D

I've been getting that page error often in the last few days - maybe it is just increased traffic or something to do with Lenovo's servers - a retry or two usually hammers through.

Well the X60 tablet is here now, announced today:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=1663245

and I have two of them :) Actually, you can't imagine what a pia it is to lug 3 laptops around which I've been doing for the past few days as I've been travelling, try getting airport TSA security to understand a stack of three laptops and not have them get suspicious. That said, the opportunity has been great. Availability for ordering of the X60t isn't until beginning of December though :(

For both of those categories, the X60 for sure. The X60 is apparently an engineering marvel. Ask yourself if you'd like widescreen or 4:3 aspect display, those are the obvious differences.

I prefer the X60 without a doubt. This probably isn't the correct thread to be discussing this either, I just didn't find it fit to create a new thread on this subject.
However, cost wise, the Dell seems like the better choice, and I do like that is has a touchpad and the pointing stick...
    So I'm just not sure.
