I received my T420 a week ago. I purchased 3YR Onsite NBD + 3YR Priority Support + 3YR TPP. It shows up on my invoice as 78Y1652 3YR PRIORITY ONSITE + 3YR TPP.

Just to be clear TPP = ThinkPad Protection, the comprehensive protection from accidental damage, right?

ThinkVantage Toolbox and the online warranty status show that my warranty expires in about a year. I did get an email thanking me for purchasing ThinkPlus Priority Support for enterprise customers.

Is there something I need to do or register to get my 3yr warranty and everything to show up?

Same thing happened with me. They say it can take a few weeks for the warranty to show up.

My 3 year warranty showed up like a month after I received the laptop so no worries.
