What should I do with a lenovo notebook that I purchased a week ago from bestbuy, which now has a nano receiver from a mouse I picked up today, from the same store?

Read some online that this happens with the prongs in the usb. I stuck some plastic in it to push the prongs down and tried to pull the receiver out. End pulls off and the receiver is still in.

Tried looking for warranty providers on lenovo's site but nothing came up. I am thinking about taking it to bestbuy and see what they can do. :(

If all else fail, try and see if you could return it to Bestbuy, their current return policy is really good. I wonder if they see the nano receiver would they try to pull it out.

Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below:

14 days for computers, monitors, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, iPads, tablets and radar detectors
30 days for all other products
45 days for all products for Reward Zone Program Premier Silver members*

There is no restocking fee, unless it is special order product.

I would go with what K2001 says, generally it's easier to deal with returns from the retailer as normally they would give you a direct replacment or refund as long you're within the cooling off period from the time of purchase.

if you can't get it out with the plier then most likely the BB technical support won't do much better, they would probably send a bill to Logitech and get the laptop motherboard replaced.
